The requirements for this role include the following technical skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Knowledge of database design and data warehousing

Similar prior experience:

  • 2–4 years in data engineering roles
  • Background in computer science or related fields

You will build, maintain, and scale data pipelines, ensuring data is properly ingested, processed, and stored for analysis. You will also monitor systems for performance and security, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and optimize data flows. Your responsibilities include both batch processing and real–time streaming, collaborating closely with analytics teams to deliver high quality, reliable datasets.
